My research explores the intersection of food systems, climate resilience, and sustainability metrics. Specifically, I focus on:

  • Environmental footprinting (LCA, GHG emissions, water use, biodiversity impacts).
  • Food system resilience – Understanding how food supply chains withstand shocks.
  • Sustainable diets & urban food planning – Enabling healthier, climate-friendly diets.
